Villa Accommodation Bookings
A property Management Company's job is to assist you in getting the most from your investment. We will help with holiday rental bookings, this is an important role for FL Villa Management.LLC as we serve to help all our Orlando villa owners.
We will be pleased to build a web site to advertise your rental home at a small cost.
The grass is cut & edges trimmed and all debris removed on a weekly basis. We also maintain plants and bushes which are trimmed when required.
An optional extra fee for weed and feed or you can do this when you are in the Villa.
A lawn without regular treatment will become patchy, allowing weeds to grow and will start turning yellow.
Pest Control
Anybody who has spent some time in Florida a Subtropical climate will know about the bugs. We will arrange a bug company to control the environment around your Vacation home to keep the creatures out as best as possible. Including making sure you pool bug screen is in a good state of repair.
Vacation Home Maintenance
In the event of a hurricane we will ASAP inspect your property and report our findings to you. We have specialist contractors who we work closely with to keep the Vacation home in pristine condition all year round

As a guide we charge $110.00 per month for a typical 3 bed house + cost of pool, lawns bugs and other requests you may have. We can tailor our service to suit your needs so the cost may go down or up please ask us to quote there is no charge just a coffee when we visit you
